Custom LiFePO4 Battery Pack - OEM / ODM is an engineering service for customers who need a finished LiFePO4 battery pack built to their own drawing rather than a catalogue product. Typical programmes cover replacement of lead-acid banks, new product platforms for OEM vehicles and equipment, and distributor private-label battery lines. EcoDyny designs, prototypes and produces packs from 12V to 800V and 10Ah to 1000Ah for OEM, ODM and private-label programmes.
Design & Engineering
The process starts from the customer's application data: continuous and peak current, duty cycle, ambient temperature, available enclosure space, connector and communication requirements. EcoDyny then proposes a cell configuration, BMS rating and mechanical design, and issues drawings for approval. Prototypes are built and tested before tooling or volume production, and revision control is maintained throughout the project.
Cell & BMS Selection
Packs are built from graded prismatic LiFePO4 cells, typically 100Ah and 280Ah prismatic cells, in series and parallel combinations matched to the required voltage and capacity. The BMS is selected for the application with cell balancing, over-charge and over-discharge protection, over-current and short-circuit protection, temperature monitoring and, where required, low-temperature charge cut-off. Communication options include CAN / RS485 / UART / Bluetooth, with firmware parameters and protocol registers configured to the customer's controller.
Safety & Compliance
Designs target UN38.3 transport requirements, IEC 62619 for industrial applications, CE and RoHS, with MSDS and transport documentation supplied for each shipment. Cell-level protection, insulation and mechanical retention are reviewed as part of the design freeze, and abuse testing can be arranged at third-party laboratories when required by the customer's market.
Charging
Charge voltage, current limit and charge profile are set per project, with CC-CV charging as standard and support for opportunity charging or charger-integrated protocols where required. BMS parameters such as low-voltage cut-off, SOC curve and current limits are documented in the supplied specification sheet.
Mechanical & Enclosure
Enclosures are produced in ABS/PC, aluminium, steel or custom moulded cases, with protection levels from IP54 to IP67 depending on the application. Terminal type, connector brand, mounting brackets, handles, locks, labels and case colour are specified by the customer, and thermal design is reviewed for the intended duty cycle.

Projects range from 12V replacement batteries for industrial equipment and solar storage packs to 800V traction and containerised storage systems, all developed against the customer's own specification and drawings.
Customisation Options
Customisation covers voltage and capacity, cell type, BMS brand and current rating, communication protocol, enclosure material and dimensions, connectors, branding and packaging. NDA-based development, dedicated project engineering support, sample packs and pre-production validation batches are available, and production capacity can be reserved for forecast volumes.
Every pack is capacity-tested, protection-tested and communication-tested before shipment. Warranty: 3 years.
