A LiFePO4 factory built for export markets
EcoDyny manufactures lithium iron phosphate battery packs and energy storage systems for distributors, fleet operators and OEM partners across Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

Manufacturing, not trading
EcoDyny was set up to solve a specific problem: buyers in emerging markets needed LiFePO4 battery systems that were priced for their market but did not fall apart in the first year of real operating conditions. Heat, dust, unstable grid supply, unpaved roads and long replacement lead times are the normal case for most of our customers, not the exception.
We are a manufacturing and export business, not a trading company. Cells are procured and graded in-house, packs are welded, assembled, aged and tested on our own lines, and the same engineering team that signs off a sample also owns the production specification. That single point of accountability is what lets us quote a cycle life and stand behind it.
Our product range covers battery-swapping packs, e-mobility packs, residential and commercial energy storage, parking and start batteries, and LiFePO4 cells and custom packs for OEM customers. Every line shares the same BMS platform, the same test protocol and the same documentation set, which means a customer who starts with one swap pack can add storage or OEM packs without qualifying a new supplier.

What we manufacture
Three capabilities under one roof: cell engineering, pack assembly and system integration.
Cells & packs
Prismatic and cylindrical LiFePO4 cells, graded and matched into packs from 12V to 800V, with welded busbars and laser-verified connections.
BMS & firmware
Protection and monitoring boards configured for your vehicle or site, with SOC/SOH algorithms, CAN and RS485 interfaces, GPS and telematics options.
Systems & integration
Complete storage systems: enclosures, thermal management, inverters, PCS integration and commissioning documentation.
Inside the plant
Production runs across cell grading, module assembly, pack welding, BMS integration, aging and end-of-line testing. Each station writes to a serial-number record, so a pack shipped in 2024 can still be traced to its cell batch, weld program and test result today.
- Automatic cell grading and internal-resistance matching before assembly
- Laser welding with in-line pull-test sampling on module and pack interconnects
- Automated BMS parameter loading and functional test on every unit
- Aging racks that cycle each pack before it is released to packing
- IP65/IP67 sealing verification on enclosures destined for outdoor use

Testing that mirrors the field
Before a design is released we run it through the failure modes our customers actually see: overcharge and forced discharge, external short circuit, nail penetration, crush, vibration, thermal shock and high-temperature storage. Cell and pack level cycle testing runs to 1,000 cycles minimum, with capacity retention and internal-resistance drift recorded.
Finished goods are inspected on an AQL basis before packing, and UN38.3-compliant packaging is used for every air shipment. Test reports travel with the goods, not after them.

How we got here
2012 · Company founded
Started as a LiFePO4 pack assembler serving domestic two-wheeler customers.
2016 · First export orders
Battery packs shipped to Southeast Asian e-mobility distributors.
2019 · Energy storage line
Residential and commercial storage systems added to the portfolio.
2022 · Africa service network
Local partners appointed in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana and South Africa.
2024 · 18 standard models
Product range consolidated into six lines with shared BMS platform.
What we hold to
Accountability
One team owns the design, the build and the warranty claim. Nothing is outsourced to a third party we cannot audit.
Traceability
Every pack carries a serial number linked to its cell batch and test record for the life of the product.
Right-sized engineering
We specify to the duty cycle the customer actually has, not to the biggest number on a datasheet.
Long-term partnership
Spare parts, firmware updates and technical support are part of the offer, not an afterthought.
UN38.3 · IEC 62133 · IEC 62619 · CE · RoHS · ISO 9001 quality system · MSDS on file for every model
