100Ah Prismatic LiFePO4 Cell is a prismatic lithium iron phosphate cell for pack assembly, energy storage and industrial battery projects. The 100Ah cell is the standard building block for 12V to 48V packs, portable storage and modular rack systems where weight per unit matters. Each cell delivers 100Ah at 3.2V nominal, equivalent to 320 Wh, in the standard 174 x 72 x 207 mm prismatic format.
Cell Design & Construction
The cell uses a LiFePO4 cathode with a graphite anode, ceramic-coated separator and aluminium prismatic shell. A laser-welded safety vent releases internal pressure under abuse conditions, and the welded double-terminal design supports busbar bolting or laser welding in pack assembly. Cells are produced to a consistent winding and stacking process, so dimensional tolerance and terminal position are repeatable across batches.
Cycle Life & Safety
The chemistry delivers more than 6,000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge at 25C, with capacity retention specified against standard charge and discharge rates. LiFePO4 does not exhibit the thermal-runaway propagation behaviour of nickel-based chemistries, and the cell passes over-charge, over-discharge, nail penetration, crush and thermal abuse tests as part of type-testing programmes. Cells operate between -20C and +60C.
Charging & Discharge
Standard charge current is 0.5C (50A) with a charge cut-off of 3.65V, and continuous discharge is rated at 1C (100A) to a 2.5V cut-off. Pulse discharge capability is higher and can be specified for traction and start-assist applications. Cells are supplied at approximately 30% state of charge for safe transport.
Quality Control & Traceability
Every cell is capacity-graded, internal-resistance graded and self-discharge (K-value) screened before packing. Grade A cells are supplied with matched capacity, resistance and voltage within each delivery lot, and each cell carries a laser-etched batch code for traceability. Test data for capacity, resistance and OCV can be provided with each shipment.

Used for 12V and 48V lithium packs, home storage modules, telecom and UPS banks, marine and RV batteries, golf carts and light industrial equipment.
Matching & Customisation
Cells can be supplied as matched sets for series and parallel assembly, with busbars, terminal bolts, insulation paper and cell holders available as accessories. OEM and ODM pack programmes are supported where the customer requires finished packs rather than bare cells, and sample cells are available for qualification testing before volume orders.
Compliance target standards: UN38.3, IEC 62619, CE and RoHS, with MSDS and transport documentation supplied for each shipment. Warranty: 3 years.
