Every EcoDyny pack is built to a written specification, tested on the line, and shipped with the certification and test documents your customs broker and safety authority will ask for.
Seven control points
Incoming cell control
Capacity, internal resistance, voltage and appearance sampled per batch; out-of-tolerance cells are rejected before they reach a welding station.
In-process checks
Weld pull tests, BMS parameter verification, insulation resistance and torque checks recorded against the unit serial number.
Aging
Each pack is cycled on an aging rack to catch early cell or BMS failures before packing.
End-of-line test
Capacity, internal resistance, charge/discharge curve, communication and protection trip points verified and logged.
Abuse testing
Overcharge, forced discharge, external short, nail penetration, crush and thermal shock on representative samples.
AQL inspection
Finished goods inspected on an AQL basis for workmanship, labelling and packaging integrity.
UN38.3 packing
Air-shipment packaging, MSDS and test summary issued with every consignment.
