Our production base in Jining, Shandong brings cell grading, pack assembly, laser welding, ageing and end-of-line testing under one roof. Everything below was shot on that floor — it is the same line your order will be built on, not a stock library.
Cells in, packs out
Cells are sorted and matched before they reach the line; busbars and tabs are laser welded; every pack carries a serial number from assembly through test, packing and after-sales.

Nothing leaves before it is tested
Cells arrive from major Chinese cell makers — including EVE Energy, Gotion High-tech and CALB — and are graded and matched in-house. Capacity grading cabinets sort cells by measured capacity and internal resistance. Packs then go through charge–discharge testing, BMS checks and ageing before they are released to packing.

On the line: stacked storage cabinets
Four cabinets from one project, photographed in our assembly area after wiring and before formation testing. Each unit is tested at cell, module and system level, and test records are kept for the shipment.
